My name is Papadopoulos Chrysostomos (Chrysis).
I was born in Cyprus in 1960 in Agios Theodoros, Agros, Limassol. I come from a rural family. After graduating from high school and serving in the army, I came to Poland to study in 1981 after receiving a scholarship from the Cypriot government.
After graduating and starting a family, I decided to stay in Poland.
Having lived permanently in Poland, for years I began to research the past of this country, which had a very fascinating history over 10.5 centuries of its existence. It is characterized by several peculiarities (I will write about them regularly on my tourist page on Facebook). I also researched quite well the issue of the Holocaust of the Jews, which is also part of contemporary Polish history.
Ultimately, Poland's history is particularly reflected in its two most important cities, Krakow and Warsaw, and they have become my passion. For years, I have been trying to learn about everything related to the past and present of these cities.
I live permanently in Warsaw, in 2004 I started dealing with tourism in Poland and at the same time training as a guide.
I am currently undergoing training to become a guide to Schindler's Factory in Krakow, which holds a special place in the history of the Nazi occupation of the city, and a city guide to Wrocław.
Below are my documents that authorize me to guide tourists around various places in Poland.
